Fleet Operating Station (FOS) Manager (FM)

Role Overview:

Fleet Operating Station (FOS) Managers are business unit managers responsible for overseeing operations, financial performance, and team management at a designated station. This is a high-responsibility role with direct operational and team oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks using a digital app checklist to ensure fleet readiness. 
  • Assign vehicles to SPros and manage their daily operations effectively.  
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, continuous training, and daily supervision of SPros. 
  • Enforce penalties for SPros’ bad behavior and share responsibility for disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols at the FOS.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in fleet management, warehouse operations, or service team management.  
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.  
  • Familiarity with operational tools and digital platforms for fleet and personnel management. 
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary plus full benefits.  
  • Direct revenue share based on the monthly revenues generated at the assigned FOS.
