Role Overview:
Fleet Operating Station (FOS) Managers are business unit managers responsible for overseeing operations, financial performance, and team management at a designated station. This is a high-responsibility role with direct operational and team oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily vehicle checks using a digital app checklist to ensure fleet readiness.
- Assign vehicles to SPros and manage their daily operations effectively.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, continuous training, and daily supervision of SPros.
- Enforce penalties for SPros’ bad behavior and share responsibility for disciplinary actions.
- Ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols at the FOS.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience in fleet management, warehouse operations, or service team management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with operational tools and digital platforms for fleet and personnel management.
Compensation and Benefits:
