Role Overview:
Territory Managers (TMs) are the highest level of operations management within a city or region. They are directly responsible for operational and financial results across their territory and report to the Corporate Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational and financial aspects within the assigned territory.
- Manage large fleets, complex service teams, and multi-location logistics operations.
- Drive revenue growth through disciplined and strategic operational oversight.
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve and exceed operational targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in large fleet management, multi-location logistics, or complex service team operations.
- Superior quantitative, operational planning, and leadership skills.
